To use Draft Curve, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Draft Curve is designed for tabletop, simulation, and similar baseball leagues to help users analyze player splits, usage rules, and probability-based outcomes. You agree to use Draft Curve only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Draft Curve may offer paid plans on a season-based subscription model. Prices, features, and billing periods will be described on the pricing page or in your order flow. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing from time to time; any changes will apply to subsequent seasons or renewals, not to the current active period.
Draft Curve may use publicly available or licensed baseball statistics and may allow you to upload or import your own custom data (such as league ratings, spreadsheets, or simulation results). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use and upload any custom data you provide and that such data does not infringe any third-party rights.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data or stats and you agree to use all outputs and recommendations at your own risk.
Draft Curve, including its logo, design, code, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Draft Curve for your own personal or internal league use.
You retain ownership of your own data and content that you upload to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the service to you.
From time to time we may offer beta or experimental features. These may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may also update, change, or discontinue parts of Draft Curve as we improve the product.
Draft Curve is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Draft Curve will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular drafting strategy, recommendation, or outcome will occur in your league.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Draft Curve, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid, one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
You may stop using Draft Curve at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access and use Draft Curve will cease. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Draft Curve after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
